Basic Standing Pilates Class with Barbara Parker

Roosevelt Island Disabled Association invites you to join us for a Basic Standing Pilates Class. A Contemporary form of Pilates that modifies the original mat exercise in a standing position to train the body to remember proper alignment. Includes a series of fundamental core strength, balance, mobility, flexibility and spine alignment with a focus on proper breathing.

Wear comfortable clothing: Shoes or sneakers that you can move in.
Registration is needed as class size is limited. Please contact us to RSVP.
